Lancside Construction LLC provides professional home repair, maintenance and construction services, along with optional Christian-based ministry and personal counseling. By using our website, hiring our team, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Our Mission

At Lancside Construction LLC, we strive to serve our community through quality workmanship and service rooted in Christian values. In addition to home improvement and construction work, we offer prayer, encouragement, and faith-based guidance for clients who request it.

2. Scope of Work

We provide maintenance, repair, remodeling, and related construction services. Service details, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in written proposals or work orders before work begins.

Our ministry and counseling services are based on Biblical principles and offered voluntarily. These are not a substitute for licensed mental health, medical, or legal advice.

3. Estimates, Scheduling, & Cancellations

All project quotes are estimates unless otherwise specified. Unexpected issues or material changes may affect cost and timing.
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours prior to cancellation or rescheduling.

4. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranties for labor and materials differ depending on the project.
Lancside Construction LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or delays.

6. Ministry and Counseling Disclaimer

Our Christian counseling or prayer ministry is offered solely for spiritual encouragement. We do not provide medical, psychological, or licensed professional counseling.
If you require professional or emergency assistance, please contact a licensed provider or emergency service.

7. Faith Statement

As a Christian business, we believe in the Bible as the inspired Word of God and in Jesus Christ as the foundation for our work and relationships. We aim to handle every project with integrity, respect, and compassion consistent with our faith.

8. Privacy and Communication

10. Acceptance & Opt--Out Instructions

11. SMS Communications Disclosure
